QuickMedia ("we", "our", "us") operates the QuickMedia platform and associated services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use QuickMedia to generate and publish short-form marketing videos.

Information We Collect

• Account Information — When you create an account, we collect your username and a hashed password. We do not require an email address to sign up.
• App & Brand Content — When you add an app to QuickMedia, we store the source files, brand descriptions, logos, and screenshots you choose to upload. This content is used to generate tailored video ideas, storyboards, and visuals.
• Generated Content — Ideas, storyboards, scripts, rendered videos, thumbnails, and related metadata produced by the QuickMedia pipeline on your behalf.
• Social Media Tokens — If you connect social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) for publishing, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens securely. We use these tokens exclusively to upload content you produce inside QuickMedia to the account you connected. We do not read your existing videos, comments, subscribers, or analytics.
• Usage Data — Server logs of pipeline runs, error messages, and upload statuses, used to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate video ideas, storyboards, and rendered videos for the apps you add to QuickMedia
• To publish generated videos to the social media accounts you connect, with your explicit action
• To operate, maintain, and improve the QuickMedia platform
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates

AI Processing

QuickMedia uses third-party AI providers (including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and ElevenLabs) to generate ideas, scripts, images, and voiceovers. Content you upload may be sent to these providers to produce outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• AI and infrastructure providers — Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, and our hosting provider, solely to deliver the service.
• Social media platforms — Only the videos and metadata you explicitly choose to publish, using the permissions you grant.
• Legal requirements — When required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens and passwords are stored hashed or encrypted, and can be revoked or deleted at any time through the dashboard.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete apps, generated content, connected accounts, and your own user account at any time from the dashboard. Temporary files used for social platform uploads are automatically deleted within one hour of being served.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your data. You can revoke social media permissions at any time from the dashboard or from the platform itself (e.g. your Google account security settings). Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children's Privacy

QuickMedia is a professional marketing tool and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the dashboard or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
