You grant QuickMedia a limited licence to process this content in order to generate video ideas, storyboards, and rendered videos on your behalf. You also retain ownership of any videos generated from your content through the QuickMedia pipeline.
QuickMedia uses third-party AI providers to generate ideas, scripts, images, and voiceovers. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your audience. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party AI providers and social media platforms may impose rate limits or outages that affect the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The QuickMedia platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission. Third-party assets used by the pipeline (music libraries, fonts, stock imagery) remain the property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from AI-generated content, failed uploads, or platform outages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your content within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
